 Portland 2012 (Major Sailing Event)I now have cost and details for the Portland 2012 Major Sailing Event, it has been agreed to have a cost to cover the whole period and a daily rate. There is also a spectator area being planned close to the Portland Heights Hotel which is an excellent view point overlooking the sailing courses. 14th February 2012
